Terms of Service

Football Brain is a subscription intelligence terminal for professional football. It aggregates published data and reporting and presents it, with AI assistance, as answers to your questions.

You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are for one named individual. You may not share logins, and we may suspend accounts that appear to be shared.

You must be 18 or over to use Football Brain.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund part-months unless the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-export or systematically copy the service, or use it to build a competing dataset or product;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the content, or share it outside your organisation, except for ordinary quotation with attribution;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, plan limits or access controls;
• use the service unlawfully, or to harass or defame anyone.

Football Brain reports what other people have published. Transfer rumours, contract details and valuations are reports, not facts. We label the source and its reliability tier so that you can judge them, and that labelling is the point of the product — but we do not warrant that any report is true.

Statistics and valuations come from third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Before you publish, transact or make a professional decision on the basis of anything you read here, verify it independently.

Nothing in Football Brain is financial, legal or investment advice. Where market or odds information is shown it is for information only.

Answers are generated by large language models. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they can misattribute a claim. Treat them as a research assistant’s first draft, not as a source of record, and follow the citations.

We own the service, its software and its presentation. Underlying facts and third-party content remain the property of their owners. You keep ownership of anything you write into the product.

We aim to keep Football Brain available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, and we carry out maintenance that can cause downtime. Data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable when an upstream provider is.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, and will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
